I sit here thinking to myself, in one week we will be in Virginia! One week, I will be up and moving my family across the United States! This is a Big move for us and we are thrilled for the adventures that lie ahead.
We have begun the usual moving tasks. Which includes, not buying extra groceries (this one sort of kills me), getting rid of the useless objects that have cluttered our home, (you know those things that have sat their for over a year and have yet to be used), and then, pack. O, the joys! Though, Abby will be doing most of this while I finish my Genetics class. This class has Blown my mind! If I had had additional time for the class, I may have enjoyed it a bit more. Rushing through a Biology/Chemistry/Statistical type class in 3-4 weeks is not the funnest!
Monday is rolling up quick! So, I decided to voice a few things I am going to miss about Utah.
1. The mountains! Everywhere we look, mountains! Seriously, we could drive a couple miles and easily find a trailhead!
2. Temples! My brother and I were hiking Lone Peak, near Draper and we looked over the valley and we could see four temples at once!
3. Restaurants! We Love finding a good place to eat! There are Tons and Tons of food chains and non-branched restaurants here. However, I am excited to go east and eat REAL Philly Cheese Steaks! Sorry guys, you westerners can't make good ones!
4. Friends and Family! We have met so many great people in the three years that we have been here. We have set up Skype and FaceTime to keep in contact. As well as, Facebook and blogs.
5. Jobs! The Salt Lake area provides a number of medical facilities. I have had the privilege of working for both the University of Utah Hospital (this includes Huntsman Cancer Hospital) and Intermountain Healthcare. They have provided great opportunities for me to grow and become well educated with the medical field. I have learned a tremendous amount associated with patient care and am excited to further my education. I love getting to know people and knowing that my job is to help improve their health is rewarding!

congratulations on the new adventure. You will do a great job. Thank heavens for airplanes so grandma and pa will still be able to see the grand kids. It is hard to have family move so far away.
